This year for Christmas we decided to go to Virginia/ DC for Christmas. It was actually a multi-purpose trip because we go to the temple with Jon's sister Katie for the first time too! That was really amazing to be there with so much of the Seeley family. 
We had such a great time sight seeing and staying up late with family. It was quite the drive though! 20 hours each way and because we are crazy parents we drove straight through! Our kids did AMAZING!!!We went to the Museum of Natural History (the one from Night at the Museum)
and saw dinosaurs,
gems and the Hope diamond
, bugs, and all sorts of animals. Then we took a 2 minute drive and went to the Air and Space museum. 
There wasn't as much for the kids but they still really enjoyed it.
We stayed up late, shopped like crazy, and had a wonderful Christmas.
